We recently carried out a bore pump replacement in Bassendean.
When we got there the hunter Xcore controller was pulling in the pump start contactor. The pump was not attempting to start.
Our Bore Specialist Electrician, James from Ace Electrics Perth, quickly traced the problem down to an open circuit in the windings of the existing Onga 142 pump.
One quick call to Christian at Premium Pumps and we had a Calpeda NMM 11/B 1.6kW 1PH replacement pump delivered on site within 20 minutes.
Calpeda pumps are a well built and compact pump, that is easy to retrofit into old centrifugal water bores. They are Italian made and come with a solid no fuss 2 year warranty.
Pump operation was very quiet, compared against most of the other similarly sized pumps on the market.
Volume and pressure delivered were excellent with the hunter PGP sprinklers easily covering head to head at operating pressure.
